Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order. The return costs are borne by the customer and the cost is 1.70 € (plus VAT). You are given the option to choose between an exchange or a refund.

The merchandise you return must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and the order receipt must be included.

Please make sure that the returned products are clean, without traces of deodorant, make-up and perfume. Clothes must not have been worn or washed.

Falf reserves the right to refuse returns that are not shipped in accordance with the return policy stated and the instructions that accompany each order.

The return of the product will only be accepted if the consumer has first paid any amount charged by the company for shipping the item to him/her and the shipping cost for the return of the item. Following the declaration of withdrawal, the firm is obliged to refund the amount of money that has received.

Europe returns

The return costs are borne by the customer. The product that is returned must be in its original condition, packaging and tags must be included. Once we receive the returned product and check it, we will contact you via email.

Product Exchange

Products can be exchanged for any available product at no additional shipping cost, within 14 calendar days of delivery date. Please contact us in order to hold the item for you. Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchanged product to the original order address.

You can make an exchange with another product, colour or size at the physical store Falf Minimal Chic, Larissa as long as you have your receipt of purchase with you.

Refund

The refund will be made once the returned products are received and checked (2-3 working days). Refunds are only made on the original credit or debit card used to pay the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit, debit card. In case the purchase has been made by bank deposit or cash on delivery (Greece only), the refunded amount will be deposited into the bank account indicated by the customer. Refunds from online purchases are not possible in our physical store (Falf minimal chic, Larissa).

Order Cancellation

If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped you can call +30 2410533683 and we will take care of its cancellation.

Delivery policy

For the delivery of your purchases we cooperate with ELTA COURIER and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days. The estimated time is indicative and may vary in islands and remote areas.

Order processing

Our e-Shop makes every effort to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed by 15:00 GMT are dispatched on the same day.

Orders that take place on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail, with the tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the partner courier’s site.

Shipping charges

Deliveries within Greece are made via ELTA COURIER in 1-3 business days.
For purchases over 150€ shipping cost are free of charge. For purchases under 150€ shipping cost is 6€ up to 2 kg + 1,40€ (including VAT) per additional kg for delivery (1-3 working days).

Europe

Deliveries in Europe are made by DHL Courier in 1-6 working days.

The cost of standard delivery up to 2 kg is 14,30€ + 2,20€ per additional half kilo (including VAT). For purchases over 200 euros the cost of shipping is free of charge.

* For United Kingdom, Albania, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Montenegro, Moldova, Norway, Serbia, Serbia, San Marino, Switzerland, Turkey, up to 2 kg the cost of standard shipping is 19,30€ + 2,30€ per additional half kg (including VAT).

* Non-EU shipments are subject to customs clearance costs, duties and taxes and other local regulations for which our company cannot be held liable.

The amount received in our bank account should correspond to the exact price of the order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer. In order to avoid delays, please include your order name and number in your payment. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Payment by Credit, Debit Card

Falf e-shop accepts all credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express. The e-shop has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of your card transactions and all credit, debit card holders are subject to validity checks. Payment by credit card is made through redirection to the secure payment environment of the National Bank of Greece.

  • Payment by cash on delivery (valid only for Greece)

For orders with payment method “cash on delivery” there is an extra charge of 2,25€ (including VAT 24%). Cash on delivery is valid as a payment method for amounts not exceeding 1.500 euros.

Privacy policy

1. Our company

FALF, hereinafter referred to as Company, sets as a priority the protection of your personal data. The purpose of this statement is to inform you about the privacy policy followed by the online store www.falf.gr. The collection, use and processing of your information by us is based on your consent or the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 and Law 4624/2019. Further, it shows you how we shield your information and data, ensuring reliability and confidentiality.

The person responsible for processing your data is Falf.

We will use your personal data to manage your registration as a user, to manage purchases of products from either our online or physical store, to answer your questions and, if you wish, to send you personalized information.
